He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hadlock and Ethel Hadlock (Goodale); and his wife Nancy Hadlock. He is survived by: his children, Ann Shrimp (Duane) of Sayre, PA, Lynn Fitzpatrick (Jason Bergquist), Arthur McGruder (Kathy) of Brooktondale, NY and William Kraus; his granddaughters, Brittany Scrivener (James) of Barton, NY and Caitlyn Fitzpatrick of Rochester, NY; his great grandchildren, SkyLyn Bacon, Dominick Bacon and Anthony Scrivener; his friend Nancy Ellis; his pet Billy; his nephew Joe; his close friend Billy Fenton; Billy Joe Hadlock. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ball-Skerpon Ukes Club Hall (101 S Higgins Ave, Sayre, PA 18840).
Memorial donations may be made in Arthur's name to: Sayre VA Clinic, 1537 Elmira St., Sayre, PA 18840 to help offset the expenses of Veterans who have no means to pay when their medical insurance does not cover the expense.
