He was predeceased by : his wife Doris Whitehead; and his daughter Carol. He is survived by : his daughters, Lucille (Lee Kilmer), Loretta (Brian Chaffee) and Karen (Ron Brown); and his in-laws, Carl, Jackie Whitehead, Gladys, John Knowles, Helen and Dale Petty.
