She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul and Violet Hakes MacNeal; her son Matt Tracy; her daughter-in-law Louise Tracy; and her siblings, Ann Bond, Lois Stork, Janice Vallilee and Mike MacNeal.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Tracy, Donna Tracy and Lori; and her son-in-law Kenneth Brooker. She is also survived by many grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Helen's name to GVEMS, 904 N. Lehigh Ave., Sayre, PA 18840 or Church of the Redeemer, 201 South Wilbur Avenue, Sayre, PA 18840.
