She was predeceased by: her father James Frank Montgomery. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Montgomery (Horner) of Towanda; her children, Hailie Montgomery of Williamsport, Olivia Howard of Canton and Rusty Howard of New Albany; and her brother J. Frank Montgomery. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
