He is survived by: his son Adam J.; his daughter-in-law Heather Mingos of Waverly, NY; his granddaughter Alexis Mingos of Sarasota, FL; his brother George N.; his sister-in-law Linda Mingos of Syracuse, NY; and his aunt Pauline Gandolph of Sayre.
