He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nittinger and Catherine Nittinger; and his siblings, Mary Morningstar, Charles Nittinger, Barbara Moore and James Nittinger.
He is survived by: his wife Margene Bennett; his children, Susan Toberman (Daniel Toberman), John Nittinger (Jill) and Gary Nittinger (Melanie); his siblings, Joan Dugan of Williamsburg and Richard Nittinger of Charlo; his grandchildren, Nathan, Jeremy and Jesse Toberman; and his siblings, Elle, Olivia Nittinger, Andrew and Joshua Nittinger. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Epiphany Church (304 S Elmer Ave, Sayre, PA 18840). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Epiphany School or Hezekiah's Hands, PO Box 185, Towanda, PA.
