He is survived by: his children, Terry Scalia (Thomas) of Elmira, John Pelchy (Siriwimon) of Yorktown, VA, Jeffrey Pelchy (Michelle) of Elmira and Tracy Allen (Daren) of Atwater, OH; his grandchildren, Ryan Scalia (Vickie), Jordan Scalia, Katherine Evans (Jesse), Kyle Pelchy, Jessica Allen and Adam Allen (Sara); his great grandchildren, Ayden Biles, River and Stori Evans; and his former wife Geraldine Pelchy (Kiser). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
