He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Ciotti and Lillian Ciotti. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Lillian Wolbert (Larry) and Joseph Ciotti (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Davis (Heather), Shawn Davis (Theresa), Nicholas Ciotti, Terrance Ciotti, Anthony Ciotti (Julie) and Danielle (Steve).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sayre Public Library.
