The memory of Joy L. Williams (Sayre, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 21, 2026 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Austin Wetmore and Ola Wetmore (Schoonover); her husband Harry S. Williams; her stepgrandson Christopher Burgert; and her brothers, Wayne, Vernon and Eldon Wetmore.
She is survived by: her daughter Melody Williams-Burgert; her son-in-law Paul Burgert; her grandsons, Joshua (Tamera) and Nathan (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Raina, Kendra, Ezra and Amelia; and her close friends, Wendy, Sierra and Susie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
