We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2022, at the age of 79, Kathryn M. Shay of Sayre, Pennsylvania, born in Binghamton, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathryn M. Shay to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin Lloyd and Cena Lloyd (VanDonsel); and her close friend Barb Parshall. She is survived by : her husband Jim Shay; her children, Chris Shay (Patricia) of South Waverly, Tricia Schamel (Tracy) of Sayre and Kelly Wood (Rick) of Athens; her grandchildren, Jessica, James, Nicole, Christopher, Hope, Emily, Sarah, Stephanie, Ryan, Austin, Olivia and Daniel; her sister Marilyn Falsetti of San Diego, CA; and her nephew Scott McIntosh of Buffalo, NY. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
