He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Johnson and Joan Mullaly (Kithcart); and his son Chase K. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Johnson; his children, Brooks Johnson (Isabell Alexander), Zach Wisniewski (Jackie) and Paige Calkins (Ethan); his grandchildren, Marlee and Margot Wisniewski; his siblings, Bobbi Furnas (Bill), Mike Johnson (Lina), Toni Abrahams (Paul) and Steve Johnson (Mary); his aunts, Carole Soper and Donna Robinson; his uncle Donald Johnson; and his stepfather John Mullaly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (225 S Main St, Athens, PA 18810). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at the Orange Hill Cemetery.
