She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank DeSisti and Evelyn DeSisti (Wolcott); her son Franklyn McCarty; and her siblings, Harold "Sonny" Brown, Bernard "Bun" DeSisti, Jean Pierce and Marilyn "Tiny" Robinson.
She is survived by: her husband Donald T. Johnson; her son Donald; her daughter-in-law Debbie McCarty; her daughter Connie; her son-in-law Fred Gregory; her son David; her daughter-in-law Cindy McCarty; her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Mark Rae; and her sisters, Leona "Doni" DeSisti and Jaqueline "Jackie" Gallagher. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
