He is survived by: his wife Velma Freeman Sobiech; his children, Stan Sobiech, Jr. and Angie Sobiech; his grandchildren, Jonathan Sobiech, Rachel Sobiech and Kaela Sobiech; and his siblings, Mary Sobiech, Sophie Busick, Kathy Joiner and Henry Sobiech. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
