She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fritch and Geraldine Fritch (Shaffer); her husband John Monchak; her daughter Kimberly Lee; her grandson Jonathan Nicholas; her siblings, Frank (Anne Fritch), Donald (Barbara Fritch), Gloria (Donald Wilson), Richard Fritch, Patrick Fritch and Donna; and her siblings-in-law, Nicholas Monchak, Edward Monchak and Irene Gale.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terrie (David Covey) of Sayre, PA and Shelly (Shane Peters) of Sheshequin, PA; her grandchildren, Kirsten Leigh (Mitchell) and Sean Lucas; and her siblings-in-law, Halina Monchak and Gene (Pam Monchak). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
