He is survived by: his wife Carole Eddy Powell; his children, Rae Lynne Powell Quinn (Sean) of Waverly, NY and Brett Powell (Lorri Davis Powell) of Centerville, PA.; his grandchildren, Megan Chapman of Bismarck, ND, Ryan Chapman (Sarah) of Waverly, NY, Erica Powell Welch (Josh) of Waverly, NY and Caitlyn; his great grandchildren, Talon and Izabelle Chapman; his sisters, Anna Mae Bateman and Marie; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Eddy (Kathy) of Johnson City, NY and Barbara Oliver of Binghamton, NY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
