She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Baker and Muriel Wilson Baker; her husband Robert "Bob" Pitzer; her grandson Georgie Scott Smith; and her siblings, Charles, Lawrence "Chubb", Glen D., William, Clyde Baker, Beatrice Grable, Beryl Lobb and Faye Harr.
She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Pitzer (Terri), Mona Smith (George), Ronald Pitzer (Cheryl) and Glen Pitzer (Lois). She is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Frances would like contributions be made to the Beallsville United Methodist Church.
