He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Karpoff and Ann Karpoff. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bosick Karpoff; his brother John Karpoff of Scenery Hill, PA; his son-in-law L. Scott Hustava; his brother-in-law Nick Guyach; his children, Michael Karpoff and Michele Hustava; and his sister Betty Guyach. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greenlee's Bentleyville Funeral Home (619 Main St, Bentleyville, PA 15314).
