He was predeceased by: his parents, George August and Dorothy Marie Ward Prevost. He is survived by: his children, Lyndsay Prevost of Burgettstown, Alyson Shrader (Nicholas) of Burgettstown, Dilan Prevost of Scenery Hill and Kaitlyn Slomba (Cody) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Maisyn, Madelyn, Avalyn, Ameila, Julian, Elias and Penelope; his siblings, Harry Prevost (Mary) of Burgettstown, George "Fuzz" Prevost of Avella, Bobby Prevost (Sherry) of Attica, KS, Sandra Shekerko (late Tom) and Georgene "Geeg" Czap (late Don) of Kountze, TX; and his goddaughter Carlene Ammons. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Washington First Church of the Nazarene (1340 N Main St, Washington, PA 15301).
