She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles East and Patricia Joanne East (Lantzy); her siblings, Bruce, Nancy and Kathy; her niece Christine; and her father-in-law Thomas Zelinsky.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Zelinsky; her children, Thomas Zelinsky (Leah) of Madison, OH and Jessica Zelinsky of Pleasant Hills; her siblings, Chuckie East (Marge) and Donna East (Craig Mullins); her mother-in-law Joan Zelinsky of Monongahela; and her nieces, Ashley, Jillian East, Melissa Aker, Shannon Zelinsky, Jennifer Wright and Kat Mullins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Kidney Foundation, 2403 Sidney Street, Suite 205, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 or to the American Cancer Society, 106 Merchant Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
