He is survived by : his mother Freda Wertz (Miller) of Manns Choice; his wife Valerie (Snyder); his son Shaun Wertz of Bedford; his stepdaughter Heather (Mike Dively, Jr.) of Claysburg; his granddaughter Madison Dively; and his siblings, Rhonda Dively of Bedford, Cathy (Scott Fix), Pamela Deasey of New Paris, Sandra (Mike Smith) of Bedford and Earl Wertz of Bedford.
