He was predeceased by : his parents, Clark Ferguson and Jeanette Ferguson (Crissey); and his brothers, Leonard "Mick" Ferguson, Dale Ferguson, Bernard "Turk" Ferguson, Clark "Junior" Ferguson and David Ferguson.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy J. Vaughn; his daughters, Tammy (late Everett Webb) of Athens, OH and Sherry Ferguson of Schellsburg; his siblings, Ron (Nadine Ferguson) of Schellsburg and Betty (Jim) of Bedford; and his sister-in-law Sue Ferguson of Bedford.
