He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl A. Fisher and Ella Mary Egolf Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Georgina "Gigi" Armstrong; his daughters, Manda Leonard (Brian) of Berlin, Julie Hoffman (Eric) of Pittsburgh and Kelly Winegardner (Adam) of Chambersburg; his grandsons, Nathan Leonard, Caleb Leonard, Levi Leonard and Lucas Winegardner; his brother Steve Fisher (Donna) of Osterburg; his niece Stacey Whysong (Dan) of New Paris; and his great-nieces, Ava and Ella Whysong. He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
