He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Bowser. He is survived by: his mother Janet L. Bowser (Barefoot) of Bedford; his brothers, Troy A. Bowser of Bedford and Ross E. Bowser of New Paris; his nephew Layne Bowser of Schellsburg; and his niece Morgan Bowser of Bellwood.
