He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Bowser. He is survived by: his mother Janet L. Bowser (Barefoot) of Bedford; his brothers, Troy A. Bowser of Bedford and Ross E. Bowser of New Paris; and his siblings' children, Layne Bowser of Schellsburg and Morgan Bowser of Bellwood.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home (214 S Juliana St, Bedford, PA 15522). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
