Rapp (Lipsky); his brother-in-law Ed Steltz; and his cousin Stephen Rapp. He is survived by: his wife Tanya Rapp (Snyder); his sons, Jacob Rapp and Julian Nalesnik (Taylor Krumwiede) of Allentown; and his siblings, Anthony W. Rapp (Kelly) of Hilltown Twp, Christopher D. Rapp (Leann) of Allentown and Elizabeth H. "Beth" Rapp-Steltz of Fountain Hill. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
