She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Kozie (Jason Andrusichen) of Zion Grove and Laurie Symons (William Andrews) of Lavelle; her grandchildren, Kyle Kozie (Shelbey), Taylor Kozie (Michael Bilotta) and Cory Symons (Michelle); and her great grandchildren, Levi Kozie, Colton and Case Symons.
