She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Phillips and Jeanette Phillips (Kindred); her stepmother Patricia Phillips; and her siblings, Elaine Phillips, Anthony and Daniel Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Scott Thomas; her daughters, Danielle Major (Matt) of Pine Grove and Elaine Myers (Austin) of Hamburg; and her sisters, Patricia Shaffer (Robert) and Lois Bogan. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; as well as nieces and nephews.
