He was predeceased by: his parents, Lisa Lottie (Lehnert) and Robert L. Koppenhaver; and his brother Rick Koppenhaver. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn M. Koppenhaver (Dohner); his children, Kimberly (Brian Yeakel) and Jason Koppenhaver (Katrina); his grandchildren, Tyler Yeakel (Desiree), Calysta Koppenhaver (Vinny) and Lakelyn Koppenhaver; his great grandchild Brycen; and his siblings, Karen, Bruce, Mike, Craig, Andrew and Bradley.

Viewing will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc. (25 E Main St, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
