She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Foose; her caregiver Stephanie M. Foose; her great grandchildren, Andrew Spencer and Tayvon Campbell; her great great grandchildren, Blaze Andrew Wagner and Xena Jane Spencer; and her brothers, Charles "Chappy" Neidlinger of Minersville and James Neidlinger, Sr. of Schuylkill Haven.
