He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Simonik and Hazel Darr Simonik; his niece Michelle Paccioti; and his brother-in-law Peter Siniawa. He is survived by: his wife Carleen McGee Simonik; his son Drew Simonik (Krissy); his grandchildren, Payton and Laney; his siblings, Sandy Simonik Davis (Bill Davis), Michael Simonik and Debbie Simonik Killino (Kenny Killino); his siblings' children, Sandra Jean, Justin Paccioti and Christian Killino (Trinity); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Cerra (Thomas), Maureen Siniawa and Rick McGee (Lisa); and his siblings' children, Dustin Siniawa (Krissy), Daniel Lishok (Janelle) and Morgan Caldwell (Griffin).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harrison Funeral Home (374 Main St, Archbald, PA 18403). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church (411 Church St, Archbald, PA 18403).
