She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jon Palmer; her children, Ray Palmer (Mary Dugan), Laurie Hushion (John), Lynn Motley (Kevin) and David Palmer (Mary); her grandchildren, Dana Palmer, Jennifer Marshall, Katelyn Craig, Dr. Michael Hushion, J. P. Hushion, Christopher Motley, Austin Palmer and Sydney Palmer; her brother John Dougan (late Margaret); her parents, Charles Dougan and Ellen Dougan; and her aunt Ann. She was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
