She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Chmielowic and Elizabeth Wombach Chmielowic; and her siblings, Frank, Leo, Jimmy and Agnes.
She is survived by: her husband Francis Osif; her sons, Val Osif and Frank Osif (Rebecca); and her grandsons, Michael Osif (Brittany Matechak) of Scott Township and Cody Osif of Scott Township. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
