He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Belisario (Welsh); and his siblings, Josephine, Joseph, Mary, Sue, Grace and Anna.
He is survived by: his children, David Belisario (Leanne) and Kathleen Oldaker (Michael); his grandchildren, Ryan Belisario (Dylan Sullivan) and Kristen D'Angelo (Nicholas); and his sister Edith Twigger. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
