He is survived by: his wife Debra Moran; his children, Patricia McGuire, Chrystal Hazelton, Amanda Beader, Holly Hazelton, Donald Hazelton, Jr. (Michele), Hayley Hazelton, Antonio Hazelton, William Hazelton and Tiana Hazelton; and his brother Thomas Hazelton, Jr.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
