Birmingham (Lisko); his siblings, Lorraine Webster (late John), Diane Loughlin (Neil), Kenny Birmingham (Linette), Karen Carew, Michael Birmingham (Mia Foster), Paul and Carl Birmingham; and his pet Benny. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
