It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick D Ackerman Jr. of Scott Township, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 29, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Catherine F. Ackerman (Sabella); his children, Fred (Wendy) of Mainville and Geri Ressler (Paul) of Enola; his siblings, Charles (Joanne) and Helen Mileto (Anthony) of South Williamsport; his brother-in-law James Sabella of Bloomsburg; and his grandchildren, Christian and Anna. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
