She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Maureen Sams (late Timothy), Christine Muzik (David), Daniel Michalski (Colleen), Theodore Michalski and James Michalski (Kristen); her grandchildren, Leyland Sams (Alexandra), Pierce Sams, Max Muzik (Taylor), Jake Muzik (Kendell), Nicholas Michalski (LeAnna), Catherine Michalski, Lauren Michalski, Grace Michalski and Madyson Michalski; her great grandchild Liliana Michalski; her parents, Hugh Sweeney and Katherine Sweeney of Doaghcrabbin Donegal, Ireland.; her sister Sheila; and her brother-in-law Pete Shovlin. She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery (509 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15228).
