He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou (Fennell) and Ken Lewis; and his sibling Glen Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Cox (late Tim) and Dennis Lewis; his sibling-in-law Sandy; and his nieces and nephews, Chrissy Andersen, Tim Cox, Dennis Lewis, Tim Lewis and Becky Lewis. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
