He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ann Avolio, Michele Hurney (Douglas) and Mark Avolio; his nieces, Melissa McGinn (Thomas) of Ashburn, VA, Rebecca Platt (Mark) of Robinson Township and Mallary Avolio of San Jose, CA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas McGinn II, Michael McGinn, Rocco Platt, Mary Platt and Liliana Platt; and his close friend Carol Ruoti.
