He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coogan and Gertrude Coogan (Quinn); his wife Marge Coogan; and his brother Jack Coogan. He is survived by: his children, Micky Flavin (Dan), Bill Coogan Jr. (Beth), Dan Coogan (Yvonne) and Nancy Lesniakowski (Bob); his grandchildren, Danielle Cenna (Tom), Brian Flavin (Julie), Diane Novosel (Ryan), Laura Mackler (Alexander), Matthew Coogan (Amie), David Coogan (Leigh), Jeff Coogan (Katie), Andrew Coogan (Linda) and Carly Lesniakowski (Dave); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Noah, Charlotte Novosel, Anthony Cenna, Sam, Sadie, Sawyer Mackler, James, Jack, Hunter Coogan, Willem Coogan, Madisyn Coogan and Sklyar Campanicki; and his brother Coleman Coogan (Gertrude Johnson). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the American Cancer Society.
