Higbee of Scottdale, Pennsylvania, born in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Church) of St. Joseph; her aunts, Jane Scott (Michael) of Scottdale and Cathy Forquer (Michael) of Connellsville; her brother Robert T. Higbee (Victoria); her cousin Michael Forquer (Randa); her pets, Max, Bill Bando of Scottdale and Alec Mellon of Ligonier; her brother Scott A. Higbee; and also Christopher.
