She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Tamblyn; and her brother Thomas Tamblyn. She is survived by: her mother Betty Elaine Tamblyn (Bowman) of Scottdale; her siblings, Kevin Tamblyn (Rae Ellen), Lea Ann Queer (Thomas) and Betty Eutsey (Frank); and her close friend Dean Sherwin.
