She is survived by: her children, Tammy Puzak, Christine Mackey of Everson and John Mackey (Jen) of Normalville; her grandchildren, Robert Puzak, Jason Puzak, Ashley Bennett, Josh Bennett, Luke Bennett, Alicia Bennett, Logan Bennett, Alexis Mackey, Brittany Shandorf, Jayli Mackey and Jayna Mackey; and her brother Joseph Hughes (Jeanie) of Elkins. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
