He was predeceased by: his wife Michelle L. Blair (Crow). He is survived by: his children, Julie Blair, Christopher Blair and Gwendalyn Blair; his parents-in-law, Brenda and James Helmick; and also Jason Slaney. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ott Funeral Home Inc. (805 Pennsylvania Ave, Irwin, PA 15642). The military honors will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
