He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester "Lucky" Armstrong and Elsie Beal Armstrong; his son Adam J. Armstrong; his sister Dana Rae Armstrong; and his nephew Zachary Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Connie J. Rapp Armstrong; and his brother Mark Armstrong (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or The American Lung Association in memory of Jack Armstrong.
