With sadness, we share the passing of Janet Whittaker of Scottdale, Pennsylvania. Janet passed away on June 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. "Shine" Bartholomai and Ewaldina Bartholomai (Kosisko); and her godson Jeremy Copeland. She is survived by: her husband Mark Whittaker; her daughter Megan; her son-in-law Kayne; her granddaughter Hartley (Janet); her pets, Bella and Jazzi; her nieces, Nadene Copeland (Bill Kozak) and Heather Chicotella; and her great-nieces, Rilynn and Alexis Copeland. She is also survived by her family, especially her daughter and granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made in Janet's name to the Evans-Krivak Gynecological Cancer Research & Education Fund in Pittsburgh.
