He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Eutsey and Margaret Eutsey (Kress); his sister Anetta S. Bowman; and his nephew Jeremiah Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Eutsey (Shallenberger); his children, Saundra Lynn Conrad, Amy Lynn Baker (Chris) and John R. Eutsey (Amanda); his grandchildren, Casey Conrad (Marissa), Kevin Allan (Magen), Kimberly Conrad Porter (Dusty), Gretchan Baker (Caleb), Colton Baker, John and Dorothy Eutsey; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Cole Conrad, Logan and Alexis Allan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
