He was predeceased by: his parents, George K. Lehman Sr. and Ludmila Pospisil Lehman; and his brother George K. Lehman Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Clausner Lehman (Bobbie); his son John R. Lehman (Gina) of Wexford; his siblings, Rita Brier, Carole Klocek, Mark Lehman (Phyllis), Thomas Lehman, Carol, Mary Lehman Koziar (Bruce), Mildred Blasko (Michael) and Michael Lehman (Catherine); his sister-in-law Cathy Sikora (Richard); his niece Stacie Smith (Michael); his nephews, Richard Sikora (Elise), Mackenzie, Gunnar and Colten Smith; his pet Riley; Don Pospisil. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
