He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Loucks Sr. and Evelyn Loucks (Hawkins). He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Luft, Angela Swaney (Ron), Brenda Ohr (Chad) and Joseph R. Loucks III; his grandchildren, Shane Dodd (Nicole), Julianna Ohr, MacKenzie Ohr and Madelyn Mason; his great grandchild Meadow Dodd; his sister Marie Lint; his half-brothers, Wes Hawkins (Mary Kay) and Keith Hawkins (Candy); and his pets, Luna Bella and Butch. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
