She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Leonard and Dorothy Stoner Leonard; her husband Earl V. Leonard; and her granddaughter Nikki Leonard. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Leonard (Marie) of Youngwood, Shawn Leonard (Sue) of Boston, Jeanine Patton (Wes) of Scottdale, Patricia Bacorn (Alan) of Scottdale, Jeffrey Leonard (Sandy) of Scottdale and Earl Leonard, II. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
