He is survived by: his mother Betty Chearney of Owensdale; his wife Stacy Whetsel; his daughter Katrina Lynn Whetsel; his sister Debra; Donald, Charles Whetsel, Jr. (Cindy), Kimberly Burke (Rick), Raymond Oldland (Karen), Matthew Baker (Angela) and Traci Roscoe (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Graft Jacquillard Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (303 Pittsburgh St, Scottdale, PA 15683). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
